Steven Berry BSc (Hons) Economics
Steven is a Graduate of Leeds University and has 31 years’ recruitment experience at senior management and executive board level. Since 2001 his efforts have been exclusively dedicated to executive search in the construction industry with a particular emphasis on the building / infrastructure sectors. During this period Steven has successfully placed candidates of all disciplines into a wide range of UK contractor clients.
Prior to founding Intelligent Search in 2005 Steven had enjoyed a successful ten year spell with a market leading national recruiter.
Outside of work Steven has a passion for coaching / watching his two children play grass roots junior football, is an avid golfer, has been known to compete in sprint triathlons and enjoys cooking for his family and friends.
Mark Cox BA (Hons) Business & Social Science
Mark is a Graduate of Leicester University and has 20 years’ experience of senior management and executive board level recruitment. Since 2002 his efforts have been exclusively dedicated to the construction industry with an emphasis on the building sector. During this period Mark has successfully placed candidates of all disciplines and into a wide range of
contractor clients.
Prior to jointly setting up Intelligent Search Mark gained industrial Sales and Marketing experience with a leading blue chip Manufacturer before launching his recruitment career in sales/marketing and construction.
In his spare time Mark has renovated a number of properties and volunteers for a national charity helpline. He enjoys travelling with
his family and cooking.
